These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline the conditions under which NAJA Academy (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Company”) provides its services to you (“you” or “Student”) as a customer. By accessing our website or participating in our programs, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our services.
1. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference, to understand how we collect, use, and share your information. By using our services, you signify your agreement with the Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to access our services. If you are between the ages of 13-17, a parent or guardian’s supervision is required.
3. User Conduct
By using our website and services, you agree not to:

- Engage in activities that are Islamically objectionable (e.g., gambling, usury).

5. Payments and Billing
Our programs include a range of Paid Services that are subject to subscription plans or one-time payments. Please refer to Pricing for details on available plans and associated fees.
- Session Confirmation: All sessions are subject to approval, and we reserve the right to cancel or deny sessions for any reason (e.g., non-compliance with Terms or payment issues).
- Payment Schedule: Payments for sessions are due every 28 days, and invoices will be sent accordingly. Payments must be made within three days of each invoice date.
- Automatic Payments: By subscribing, you authorize us to process automatic payments based on the Payment Schedule using your chosen payment method.
6. Session Policies
Cancellations should be submitted at least 4 hours before the scheduled time through the dashboard or by email. Late cancellations will result in forfeiture without rescheduling or refunds.
- Refund Eligibility: If a teacher cancels a session, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 4 hours before a session are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling Limits: Each session can only be rescheduled once, and this counts against the monthly allowance for the original session date, not the rescheduled date.
7. Plan Upgrades, Downgrades, and Schedule Changes
Upgrades take effect as soon as processed, with a new invoice for the difference. Downgrades are effective at the start of the next billing cycle.
8. Vacation Policy
Vacation requests must be made in 7-day increments and at least 7 days in advance.
9. Account Closure
Upon account closure, no refunds will be issued. Any pending sessions may be used within 30 days of account closure, with the option to schedule with available teachers.
10. Third-Party Links
Our website may include links to third-party websites. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any content or services provided on external sites.
11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
We provide our services on an “as-is” basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.
